I conducted a survey in order that the activities of school social\nworkers will be more efficient than as it is. Many of them are not experienced, less than one year.\nA cooperation of school social workers and prefectural officers do not work well. They have\ndifferent view points and opinions about a social work. Prefectural officers do not understand\n'supervision'.
