In study 1 , I asked 59 in-service pre-school teachers who undertake the teaching of student teachers to evaluate them using the RSAECE , and furthermore to point out the items of hard tasks for students if they were included. Comparing the results with the students’ self-evaluation on the RSAECE , and getting rid of items which had often had blanks by students , consequently I elected the 36 useful items . In study 2 , Cluster analysis by using the new RSAECE datum of 448 students revealed the following rules that teachers bore in caring for the children : bringing out latent abilities within the children ; devoting their attention to the children ; providing an appropriate environment for the children ; managing security , information and sanitation ; bringing up social and emotional competence in the children .
