In study 1 , I asked\n59 in-service pre-school teachers who undertake the teaching of student teachers to evaluate\nthem using the RSAECE , and furthermore to point out the items of hard tasks for students if\nthey were included. Comparing the results with the students’ self-evaluation on the RSAECE ,\nand getting rid of items which had often had blanks by students , consequently I elected the 36\nuseful items . In study 2 , Cluster analysis by using the new RSAECE datum of 448 students\nrevealed the following rules that teachers bore in caring for the children : bringing out latent\nabilities within the children ; devoting their attention to the children ; providing an appropriate\nenvironment for the children ; managing security , information and sanitation ; bringing up social\nand emotional competence in the children .
