While many students have a negative image of practical training at facilities for people with
disabilities, the staff at the host training facility investigated what they would like the students to learn.
The facility staff enjoys the training as much as possible and takes care to learn a lot about disabilities.
There is a strong desire to let the trainees know that there are many things that are not only difficult but
also fun, and that thought may be conveyed to the trainees, leading to a change in awareness of support
facilities for people with disabilities.
