| 内容記述 | An interview survey was conducted and analyzed by SCAT regarding the current status and issues relating to employment support for persons with disabilities doring the novel Corona (COVID-19) disaster. As a result, COVID-19 reduced the work and income of the institutions and agencies. However, facilities and institutions were able to try new jobs. It is also important to keep moving forward with new things in order to protect the roles and lifestyles of people with disabilities. Even in the during the COVID-19,crisis it is necessary to improve the economic "wage" while maintaining the "enjoyment" and "satisfaction"of employment. And in the transition from disability employment to general employment, reasonable accommodation naturally should be previded so that persons with disabilities do not become isolated, and it is necessary to realize a society in which people with disability and those without disabilities live together. You will need it. Therefore, the challenge is to determine what actions should be taken by disability support facilities in order to create social action and change society. |
