| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the drinking situation during practice and games, as well as the eating habits of baseball term members living in Dar es Salaam. The results obtained were as follows: First, the percentage of people eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks every day was high. Second, many people knew they needed to drink during practice and games. However, the percentage of people who knew about heat stroke was low. Third, during practice or during a game, most people drank when they were thirsty. There were no people who do not drink at all. Fourth, the number of people who drink tap water was the largest, and the number of people who drink sports drinks was the second largest. Fifth, there were 13 people who became the poor physical condition during practice or games. The highest percentage of these people were the pitchers. |
